About Course
The Interdisciplinary Degree in Natural Sciences and Mathematics (LICNM) is an undergraduate course based at the Educators Training Institute (IFE), in Brejo Santo-CE. The purpose of the course is to train professionals to teach Science and Mathematics in the final years of Elementary School (6th to 9th grade). Composing a teacher training model in cycles, LICNM lasts 6 semesters, on a full-time basis and includes an interdisciplinary training proposal, which brings together disciplines from the areas of Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Education, among others; as a way of preparing its graduates to enter the second cycle, of a specific nature.
